1. Innovative Exercises
- Cardio & Resistance Training, Core strengthening, Functional
Fitness, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Athletic Intervals, Running,
Balance, Plyometrics, Calisthenics, and M & M’s (Sorry,
not the candy coated ones). M & M stands for Muscular
Strength & Metabolic Acceleration. This technique is known as
engaging multiple muscle groups in combination with
cardiovascular movement. It is truly the best of all worlds.

2. All Equipment is included - Dumbbells, Resistance

What Kind
of results can I expect after my first 30 day Firm Fitness
Camp? You can expect to lose 4 – 10 lbs of body fat (not
just scale weight), looser clothes, more energy, increased
strength & endurance, increased range of motion, a better
posture, firmer muscles, cardiovascular improvement, etc.

What if I
cannot participate in certain exercises (jumping jacks,
running, push ups, etc.)? Great question and a valid
concern. This is the number one reason we conduct a private
Health & Fitness Assessment to determine your current
physical condition & challenges. Also, during any class if
you experience any discomfort for any reason stop
immediately and call the instructor to your aid. Generally,
once the exercise is demonstrated the instructor will be
monitoring each participant’s ability and make any
modifications to the exercise including changing it
completely.

What does
each Firm Fitness Camp entail? They are different every
time. They are combination of many different types of
fitness regimens & fitness disciplines. One class may be
cardio & yoga. The next class may be resistance training &
kick boxing, core strengthening & athletic intervals, etc.
etc.

How often
do we meet? That is entirely up to you. Because of our
Flex Time option you may attend any of the classes
listed Monday – Saturday. This way you’ll never miss a
class!

After I
register what is the process? You will be contacted by
our Client Relationship Manager Amy Victor, one of the
Fitness Instructors, or the Owner, Mark Hill. We will set up
your Health & Fitness Assessment at a time that is
convenient for you. Once your arrive for your assessment we
will ask you a series of questions, have you complete a
brief Fitness Test, process your paperwork, reserve your
preferred schedule, and remit your payment for the program.

Refunds are available after the first class
ONLY! You must notify your Instructor or our Client
Relationship Manager Amy Victor before your next class begins
or you forfeit the ability to receive a refund. Confirmed
