Getting Started is Easy

The first step in beginning your personal fitness program is to choose the program that best suits your situation and goals.

If you are unsure, please read thru our Frequently Asked Questions or call us at 1-888-872-7961 and we’ll be happy to help you figure out which program is going to be best for you. If you would like us to contact you and help you decide which program makes the most sense for you, please complete our “Free Consultation” form.

Once you’ve chosen the program that you feel is the best fit, click on the “Choose this program” link next to the program listing below. After completing the “New Client Sign Up” form you will automatically be forwarded to our “Health History Profile” which also needs to be completed before you can start your program.

After you complete the Health History Profile form you will be forwarded to a “Welcome” page. The whole sign up process takes just 2-3 minutes and is very easy… but should you have any questions at all please call us at 1-888-872-7961.

Important Points About Your Program:

  • You are NOT locked into your program… you can start, stop, change at any time and if for some reason you decide to stop, we will refund to you the amount for any sessions you haven’t completed.
  • We do offer payment plans (only if paying by credit card) and you can choose to pay the full amount when you start (at a discounted rate) or choose a payment plan. If you have questions about payment plans please give us a call at 1-888-872-7961
  • You have 1 year to complete your package… sessions are deducted from your program as you complete them… for example, should you fall ill or have an emergency arise, we will put your package on hold for up to 1 year from the start date of the package. If you’re planning a vacation or go away for a week you will NOT loose your sessions. Just let us know in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy… Life happens and sometimes you will need to reschedule a session. If you give your trainer 24 hours notice you will NOT be charged for the missed session and can reschedule it. If you reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notification, you may be charged for the sudden cancellation.
