What to expect at your
first visit:

Prior to
your session you will be asked a few
general health questions to insure your
safety as well as discuss your desired
outcome for the session. Your answers
may suggest the areas of your body, for
which to focus the massage. |

You will
be properly and respectfully draped at
all times for your warmth and
security. A light oil will be used
during the massage to allow your muscles
to be worked without causing excessive
friction to the skin. As the massage
progresses the work may become deeper
and more specific to your needs, we
always encourage an open dialog between
Client and Therapist to insure the best
possible care.
