It all
started one day when I woke up and looked at myself in the
mirror and said out loud
"who is that person looking back at me." I didn't recognize
her any more. I was going through a bad period in my life
and I let myself go - ate and drank whatever and whenever I
wanted to and however much I wanted. That day was the
turning point for me. I used to be so active and athletic
and the person in the mirror was anything but that. I got
online and googled personal trainers in the north Austin
area that would make house visits as well. A few trainers
popped up and I began "shopping." I met Andrew and we had an
instant connection and I just knew he was the right fit for
me. I began with Andrew mid November 2008 and was wearing a
size 12 and weighing close to 160. The most I have ever
weighed in my life.

We are now at the end of March 2009 and I am close to

achieve your goals and makes it fun while you are doing so -
from jokes to high fives and "way to go's" and "looking
good" and "you know you can do it - stay positive." All of
that is so helpful to one that is trying to lose weight and
feel better about oneself. I am so much more confident now
than I have ever been and I truly owe that - the positive
thinking, the results, the confidence all to Andrew and his
caring and persistence and belief in me that I could

“My journey began
more than two years ago. I was not a happy person and my
life was slowly spinning out of control. I discovered
that there were a lot of things I couldn’t control, but
I could control me. I made the choice to become a
healthier person. I was truly lucky to find Andrew as my
trainer. We developed an instant rapport. At first I
wasn’t sure I could handle the workouts. I was so out
off shape and heavier than I’d ever been. It wasn’t very
long at all before I really started looking forward to
our workouts and started seeing results. As the results
increased I just got more motivated! Andrew keeps me

we different from the rest?
There are other personal trainers
in this area, but you WILL NOT find another program that can
deliver the visible, lasting results that my clients are getting.
If you are looking for someone to give you a generic workout
program and send you to the treadmill then our program is not for
you.
Studies show that people looking
to improve their fitness and improve their health
achieve significantly greater results when using a
trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide
you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide
accountability and discipline. A good trainer will
also make sure that you don't damage your body when
exercising. It is important to note that there is a

is to educate and push you beyond what you thought
was possible. Together we will implement a safe and
progressive program to get you to your goal in the
safest and fastest time possible.
-The initial consultation and fitness assessment is
our starting point to a more healthy and beautiful
body. Here is will I will learn about your past
exercise history, current limitations, medications
taken, current strength abilities, current
cardiovascular ability and fitness goals to design a
program that is right for you.
-The workouts we do are different every single day.
This prevents the human bodies natural ability to
adapt to exercise, resulting in plateaus. Your
program will be customized to your needs and goals,
and will be constantly changing, challenging, and
confusing your muscles!
