A Workout That’s Fast, Furious and Not For The Faint of
Heart -L.A. Times, 2005
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning
program for many police academies and tactical operations
teams, military special operations units, champion martial
artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional
athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad,
general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of
fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. View my
Blog for workouts,
pictures, videos relating to CrossFit.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal
scalability making it the perfect application for any
committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve
used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out from televised
bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change
programs.
CrossFit is a Core,
Strength and Conditioning system built on constantly
varied, functional movements, executed at high
intensity. It is a non-specific program that rewards
hard work with an overall fitness level unmatched by
traditional means.

“What we’re all offering with our
small group classes is unique. It’s not comparable—in any
terms, really—to anything else out there in the fitness
world. It’s not exactly personal training (we do that
too—and much better than the competitors, imnsho) and it’s
not a gym membership, and it’s not even your usual group
fitness class. This is closely coached, skill-focused,
high-intensity, performance-measured, personalized,
functional-movement-based training in a community context.
There’s nothing else like it on the planet. $199 is a
downright steal”.
-Carrie Klumpar

and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results.

functional exercises, bodyweight calesthenics,

your level.
We regularly make adjustments in the
number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the
distance so that everyone can participate!
