Elizabeth Mueller
Elizabeth Mueller, ASCM
Certified Personal Trainer received her Bachelor of Arts in Health
Fitness Management from Marymount University in Arlington, VA.
Elizabeth specializes in overall wellness and establishing lifelong
patterns leading to optimal health and success.
Elizabeth Mueller studied
nursing for 3 years at Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE before
transferring to Marymount University to pursue her passion in wellness.
She speaks passionately regarding her disappointment in our society’s
“sick care” system, and strives to educate on stopping the problem
before it starts; mandating exercise and nutrition as the building
blocks for disease prevention.
After graduating from Marymount
University in Spring of 2005, Elizabeth continued her education to
become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of
Sports Medicine. Working as a personal trainer for Fitness First Health
Clubs, she taught individuals of all walks of life the importance of
regular exercise and healthy eating habits for the most productive and
successful “you”. Paving the way to wellness for all who come in
contact with her, Elizabeth continues to support overall wellness as the
general manager of Fitness First Health Club in Boca Raton, FL, through
person training, and as a strong advocator of Juice Plus and Young Slim
Kids.
Elizabeth’s thirst for knowledge
is displayed through her continuing education efforts as well as her
alliance with professional fitness and wellness organizations. She has
been associated with The American College of Sports Medicine, National
Strength and Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise, and
IDEA fitness organizations. Continuing education studies include The
Wellness Forum.
