Your Personal Fitness Program Includes:

The Body Workout makes it affordable so you can wear the clothes you like and look good. Unlike other programs, you don't have to commit all your hard earned money up-front. You can simply pay a standard fee of $70 per session, every two weeks. But if you want to reduce your overall out of pocket expenses enroll in the following programs.

  • 12 Session Program (2x a week) ------ $780

Two sessions a week with your personal trainer will not only get you started and up to speed faster, but you'll also see better results and faster!

  • 18 Session Program (3x a week) ------ $1080

This program is only intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday. Three weekly sessions with your  personal trainer will deliver the best results in the shortest amount of time... you'll also learn far more with this program and be more likely to maintain your fitness level on your own afterwards.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM (SGTP)

We all know how important body fitness is, but sometimes we just can't afford a personal trainer to help us reach our goals. In response to that quest, The Body Workout is launching the Small Group Training Program (SGTP).

SGTP is an In-Home exercise program specifically designed for small groups of individuals. With this program, you and your friends can enjoy personal training in the privacy of your home without incurring the cost associated with individual sessions. Each group must consist of a minimum of 3 people to a maximum of 5 people. Family members qualify as a group as well.

SGTP classes include Low-Impact Aerobic, Sculpting, Pilates Mat. Just as in traditional personal training, each client from a group will receive the personal attention they deserve from our trainers. Our price? An amazing $35 per person per session.
