What is included in my Personal Training Program?

Our Personal Training programs are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs whether you are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle, or simply want to tone up. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your individual fitness goals and design a custom workout program that is tailored for you.

Our Personal Training sessions are 60-minutes in length and consist of a mixture of cardio, strength training, circuit training, and FUN. We vary our Personal Training sessions in order to continually challenge new muscles, maximize results, and keep you from getting bored. We will help you to establish both short and long term goals and keep you motivated so that you can meet those goals in a minimal amount of time. Personal Training is offered in Irvine, Newport Beach, Anaheim Hills, and throughout most of the Orange County area. We offer Personal Training sessions at The Fitness Connection in Irvine or at your home or local park.

What if I am not very fit?

Our Personal Training programs are perfect for people of all different fitness levels. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your individual fitness goals and design a custom workout program that is tailored to you. So whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast we can put you on the fast track to accomplishing your fitness goals.

Will you yell at me?

We’ll challenge you, we’ll push you, and we’ll encourage you to try new activities that will test your strength, endurance, and courage. But we won’t yell, intimidate, or get in your face.

What type of exercises will I be doing?

Resistance training and cardiovascular exercise such as: Running (short distances), Push-ups, Sprints, Lunges,Jumping Jacks, Jump rope, Mat work, Weight Training, Stability Ball/Medicine Ball training, Stretching, Cone drills, Obstacle courses, and whatever else it takes to distract you from the fact that you're getting a great workout! Every session will be a completely different workout – never predictable – never boring– and always FUN!

What if I have an injury?

Please let us know immediately so we can tailor your workout program to address your needs and be able to advise you on how to perform the exercises in order to prevent further injury.


What do I do if I need to miss a session?

We understand that unpredictable situations can arise, but we do require 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. If notice is not given you can be charged for the session at the trainer's discretion. Individual circumstances will play a role in trainer's decision to charge cancellation fee.
