Hello and welcome, my name is Melissa Hamilton - I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Trainer as well as a Clinical Bodywork Hypnotherapist and certified Life Coach. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. My board memberships include the American College of Sports Medicine, Academy for Pain Management, International Holistic Health Care Association, Body For Life Fitness Federation as well as Strong Arm Sports.
