In January of 2009, we were unhappy with how we looked and felt. As we were driving passed Results, we made a decision to try working out to help change the direction we were heading. After the first workout, we couldn’t move but decided to sign up for twelve sessions with the intention of not continuing if we were not happy at the end of that time. We decided to make the commitment to ourselves to go twice a week for six weeks. At the end of the six weeks, we had already lost weight and were seeing differences in our appearance and our attitudes about life. After six months we had lost 30 pounds and 25 inches each. Every workout is a challenge, but every workout is fun. The exercises are tailored to meet our needs and no two workouts are the same. The staff at Results is supportive and energetic. How often should I meet with a personal trainer?

This still depends upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and time available to exercise, and your budget... but when considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that is more important... because without it you have nothing.

On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 3 - 4 times per week... less than that many people will slack off and not get nearly as much out of it. Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you'll meet with your trainer...

How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?

The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals and there are several reasons for this... consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance, you'll work much harder with your trainer than on your own, etc.

Why is personal training so expensive?

Very common question. First of all, its interesting what all of us spend our money on. I invite you to take a look at your budget and I guarantee you will find something that is either frivolous or wasteful. Such being the case, why would you skimp on your own health & well-being? Doctors, Dentists, Accountants, Attorneys, Financial Advisors, etc. are all very expensive but when it makes sense to use them it saves us time, money, and we pay them for their expertise. Personal Training is exactly in the same category and without one's health you have nothing. Plus, and most importantly we GUARANTEE results!

How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know?

While many people have exercised before, many for years... but do you really know it all? It's not likely... we spend years and years studying and learning to know what we know and our primary focus is on helping and teaching you.
