Yoga with Eva
Yoga with Eva is a new approach to a centuries old practice. By giving you personal instruction that meets your needs and interests, Eva brings the core elements of Yoga to students of all abilities. Yoga is an excellent way to build core body strength without using traditional weight lifting techniques. It also teaches us to use our breath more effectively, in coordination with our movement. Try a restorative class to relax and gently stretch your body or a strength class for a new kind of challenge. Using YogaFitä techniques Eva teaches everyone from nursing home patients to marathon runners.
